Pauline Blanks worked for Cumulus Broadcasting in Wilmington for 15 years as the Business Manager, Human Resources and worked closely with Market Manger and the Sales team.  With a degree in Business Management, and a few different certified licenses, if it was an audit, a station log or an HR policy, Pauline knew it better than any and basically kept the joint running.

After running a tight ship at Cumulus,  Pauline moved on from media to work for Belk’s as the Fine Jewelry Counter Manager for a stint then realized she wanted to get back in the rat race of broadcast media.  She joined WECT, followed by WILM, until Jennifer & Jessica lured her with the advantages of working for a small company.

Pauline has two sweet senior chihuahuas and a 17-year old senior poodle who runs the household.   She loves working in the yard and reading, as well as a good challenge, which is why she’s thriving at Eagle Eye. When she’s not saving senior babies and enjoying the great outdoors, Pauline enjoys quality time with her 2 granddaughters, 2 great granddaughters and great grandson.
